Project Description

MOBILE Health & Wellness Unit
Foundry Mobile will be BC’s first mobile youth mental health and wellness unit, which will launch in September 2020. Current funding is focused on spreading the word, letting youth in the Central Okanagan know that in fall 2020 health care services are brought to them, where they are – in their space.
This project is put in place with the idea in mind to bring the right services and delivering them at the right time and in the right place in order create positive change in a young person’s life. The goal is to provide young people barrier free access to services they need and to instil a foundation of self-advocacy for their own mental and physical health.
